    "content": "I am happy that it also acknowledges climate change. However, the language is not very strong on climate change. For instance, if you look at my constituency and even Baringo County, the rising water levels have especially affected aquatic life. You can be at your home and you find a hippopotamus herding with your cows. There is a lot of human-wildlife conflict. Many people in my constituency are being killed by hippopotamus every other day. We are seeing a phenomenon that we have never seen before. Unless you encroach their habitat, they would not attack you. Now they are attacking fishermen going on with their ordinary businesses."
