"content": "even know how to describe it because the magnitude and answer I expected--- The roads I asked covers the entire northern Kenya. It not only covers North Eastern Province--- I have talked about the road between Isiolo â Wajir â Mandera, Garissa â Wajir â Mandera and Wajir â Moyale roads. The Assistant Minister has said in his answer that it has taken too long to tarmac the mentioned roads because of the extent of works involved. In his part âbâ of the answer, he has said that they have completed design works. This answer is the same one the Colonial Government provided when Kenya became a colony in 1920. To date, the Government of Kenya has been struggling, whether under the colony, protectorate, Kenyatta regime, Moi regime, Kibaki regime or Kibaki/Raila regime. This answer has remained the same. Do you have a different answer because this one is not satisfactory? This answer is an insult to the people of northern Kenya. Literally, the Assistant Minister has said that we do not deserve tarmac roads! Could he give a more satisfactory answer because this is not an answer?"
