    "content": " Hon. Senators, when we were sharing with my colleague, one of the issues that came up is that he was complaining about Bills taking too long in committees. He said that the late John Oyioka died before his Bill was concluded. It has been with the Committee for a very long time. We do not control death, but those who receive these Bills in the various committees, whether they are Bills or Motions, we should try to hasten the process so that people get results when they are still alive. Let us move on to the next Order."
