Mohamed Yusuf Haji, the Senator for Garissa County and Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations; RECORDS its appreciation for his contribution to public service spanning over six decades; RECOGNIZES the high esteem in which he was held by colleagues from all parties and the principled, dedicated and considered manner he undertook his duties; AND offers its profound sympathy and condolences to his family, friends and the nation.
