    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to eulogize the great man. I want to begin by saying that the late Sen. Yusuf Haji was a selfless man. He loved everybody and you are a witness. When he was a Member of the Committee on Education, all the time we nominated him to travel outside the country, he would give his chance to somebody else. He was such a good man."
