    "content": "Lastly, his focus for representation of the people of Garissa County is very clearly stated. When it comes to even the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) issue, I heard what Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. said; that as much as he was the Chairperson, he had reservations.
