"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to contribute to this very important Bill. The matter before us is very weighty. It is about the law of this country. It is not just for sitting here, but also for posterity. This law must not be rushed. We must look at it with a sharpened pencil so that nothing is going to skip this House. We must learn from other jurisdictions. The immediate referendum is the Brexit. Today, the British want to walk out of the European Union, but they were in a serious quagmire. Many wanted to remain.
