As Members of the Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC), we had also done a Referendum Bill and it is important to mention that the mandate of the CIOC is as provided for under Section IV of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution. The major task that the Committee has is to look out on any impediments that stand in the way of the implementation of the Constitution.
