    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to the Referendum (No. 2) Bill of the National Assembly Bill, No. 14. At the outset, I was trying to find out what wisdom is. It is one that entails cognitive knowledge, understanding, insightful reflective thought and integration of one’s views with those of others. Studies have shown that there is a direct relationship between wisdom and age. That is why, at the outset, because I did not have a chance to do this in the morning, I would like to condole with the family of the late Hon. Haji, the late Hon. Oyioka and the late Hon. Nyachae. Those are banks of information that we, as young people of this country will miss and hopefully, we will get to understand, respect, learn and tap from those knowledge cups so that, when we become of that age in future, it will be information that we can share with the generations that will be behind us."
