    "content": "It is also good that as we go to the courts, we are certain of various aspects such as the cost that could be incurred. I am happy that in Clause 103 of the Bill, the costs have been mentioned and itemised. It is good to provide this in law rather than leave it open to the judicial officer to determine. I am also happy that the powers of the courts under Clause 102 have been settled. Therefore, when you go to court, you know the jurisdiction of the court and the level of outcome that you expect from that court."
