    "content": "and we are talking about collecting signatures from 24 counties, there is a possibility that some counties may only manage 10, 15 or 20 signatures. Shall we have requisite representation? Shall we be talking about equity in terms of representation? I think this particular clause needs to be looked at. My proposal is that we need to say that not more than 10 per cent of the supporters shall be from one particular county, not one-third. One-third is 33 per cent, which is a lot if we are talking about 24 counties. With those few remarks, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I do support this proposed legislation. I pray that we are able to agree and come up with a good law for the sake of this country. Thank you."
