"content": "Hon. Speaker, finally, allow me to read one very important prayer for the dead according to the Muslims. Moreover, I am sure Hon. Kimunya said it yesterday. Everybody including him, the President, Deputy President and the former Prime Minister were shocked at how we bury our dead, the cost involved and the time involved. Hon. Nyachae died two weeks ago and he was buried yesterday. Hon. Haji died yesterday morning and he was buried at 4.30 p.m. in accordance with our Islamic religion. Hon. Speaker, now let me just read this prayer for him:"
