    "content": "Hon. Oyioka was actually a very amiable man. He did not have many words as we interacted with him in this House. He is the man who gave us a lot of guidance on how to go about doing our business here. We will miss him. I came to know of Hon. Yusuf Haji when I was a young lad in High School, when we could go and sing for them patriotic KANU songs, as he administered the country from Eldoret to Nakuru. He was an astute administrator, a man who actually stood his word and a man who ensured that there was order in everything that we did. The country has lost great sons and we actually mourn with their families and with the rest of the country. May their souls rest in eternal peace."
