    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Navakholo, allow me to pass my condolences to the two families; the families of the late Hon. Senator Yusuf Haji and the late Hon. Oroo Oyioka. I have the good memories that we had with Hon. Oyioka whom I first met in the corridors of Justice in 2014, in the Court of Appeal in Kisumu. We were both being presented before the court following a petition. We used to sit together the whole day until we got justice."
