I beg to give Notice of the following Motion: THAT, in furtherance to the provisions of Standing Order 210(3) relating to the mandate of the Committee on Delegated Legislation and notwithstanding the provisions of Section 15(2) of Statutory Instruments Act, 2013 relating to the period of consideration of Statutory Instruments by the Committee, this House resolves to extend the period for consideration of the Petroleum Development Levy Order, 2020, Legal Notice No.124 of 2020, submitted to the House on 5th August 2020 by a further period of 21 days from 16th February 2021 pursuant to the provisions of Section 15(3) of Statutory Instruments Act.
