"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if the same contractor worked on this road sometimes back and it is now dilapidated, it may not be his mistake. It is because of the tear and wear and the amount of weight that is put on this road. Specifications are given on what type of repair to be done. His work was inspected and approved at that particular time. He qualified for the current contract and I have no reason to doubt him."
