(2) The letter dated 3rd March, 2019 from UAE to Hon. James Macharia, EGH. (3) The letter addressed from the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works dated 14th March, 2019 to the Regional Manager, East Africa Emirates Airline. (4) Letter to Mr. James Macharia from the UAE, and I have quoted the date. (5) Request by UAE dated 6th January, 2021. (6) The refusal dated 29th January, 2021. Thank you."
