    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This Motion speaks to children, normally referred to as playgroups; that is one to three years of age. During interrogation with the Standing Committee on Education, in over 40 counties on Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) centres, we found out that there is a huge drop in ECDEs in terms of enrolment. One of the reasons is that these playgroups are not incorporated or considered in the Competence Based Curriculum (CBC).
