    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, this is the right way to go, and I fully support. Out of the adoption of this Motion, if there are some resolutions within the KICD or the Basic Education Act, I challenge the Mover of the Motion to ensure that they translate this into an amendment of the law, so that we can give more weight or legislate apart of developing the policy direction within the Ministry of Education. I hope that the Council of Governors (CoG), in partnership with the Ministry of Education, will be able to guide this process."
