    "content": "The third responsibility of the state is to ensure that there is justice and acceptable ways of solving disputes, so that we do not result to our bestial instincts and annihilate the weak or the vulnerable and such related things. This is focused on those who are vulnerable. This is because those who are strong, for example, you, Madam Temporary Speaker, Sen. (Dr.) Milgo and most of us here, can take care of ourselves. I believe that we are doing so by taking our children to private schools and giving them the best. However, we are not in this House for ourselves."
