    "content": "Sen. Cherargei and Sen. Nyamunga have spoken to issues of lack of implementation. Although you have told us that in the Standing Orders each Committee or Member has the right to approach the right department in the Ministries, but it is still a major challenge to various Bills and Motions we bring to this House. Looking at the Articles of the Constitution 2010, many areas have not been implemented. The issue of gender disparity would have been achieved if the Constitution would have been implemented. Sen. Cherargei spoke to issues of the curriculum and the need to engage the KICD and the Education Act to ensure that we have a curriculum that is tailor-made for young children. In informal daycares there are no structured activities and the kind of curriculum adopted is not standardized which results to challenges. This is an important input."
