    "content": "My recommendations to the incoming Members of the Committee is to pick it up from there. Once this Committee is passed, then they will only have to begin with the most recent audit reports which have been tabled before this House. That is for FYs 2019/2020 and 2020/2021. That will make them current. Therefore, they will be able to see the mischief by some county executives instead of dealing with postmortem reports of the previous years."
