    "content": "This matter is not pending before any court of law for determination on an issue concerning the complaint. The only case filed was a judicial review vide Kitale HCJR38 of 2011. The matter was decided by the High Court at Kitale, proceeded to the Court of Appeal at Eldoret, and is fully determined through a technicality. The school is dissatisfied with the decision. No appeal has been filed in the Supreme Court."
