    "content": "Opportunities are there, because they are now talking of recruiting 4000 people, whereas in a whole county, it would be difficult for you to point a finger to someone recruited in an honest manner. This is a problem that must be solved because many people, leaders included, have lost a lot of money when they are forced to try and help in whatever way. It is something that is a big concern to all of us. There must be a genuine way of recruitment in all the services, not only KDF."
