    "content": "Before I go to one or two things, I want to comment about on this Bill, the cooperative movement has been very empowering to local farmers and even in driving the economies, not just at the micro level but even the economies of scale. There are counties and regions that are synonymous with the cooperative movement. It has brought a transformative change in the lives of many people where the cooperative societies have been involved in many sectors, particularly farming."
