    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to give my input with regard to this Bill - the Crops (Amendment) Bill. Kenya as a nation has relied heavily on crop production and agriculture as a whole. Agriculture is a major income earner for our country. Over the years, there have been significant contributions from agriculture. But we have not been careful in terms of apportioning significant amount of money so that we can make our land more productive and more sustainable in terms of crop production and agriculture as a whole."
