    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I fully support the Crops (Amendment) Bill. As we, as a country, move forward, I appeal that we need to know that agriculture is fundamental. Crop production is very critical both in the high and low potential areas. It is not only for food production, but also as a source of income and a sector that employs majority of the people in the rural areas."
