Therefore, this is a very important amendment and I want to encourage the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock to continually look for such kind of crops. One crop that I really vouch for is the bamboo tree which has so many benefits, but it is not classified as a crop. That is one of the drops that I would urge the Committee to consider pushing the ministry to include. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this crop will be listed under part II of that schedule which are crops."
