"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to sincerely thank the Minister for a very comprehensive answer. However, I would really like the Minister to clarify on the first part of the Question on whether he was procedurally dismissed. I have a document with me here which clearly shows that there are guidelines, which were given by Mr. Muthaura, on how a Chief Executive can be dismissed. This document clearly shows that it is the Board of Directors that is supposed to carry out the dismissal. In the case of Mr. Zilatei, it was the former Minister, in your Ministry, who terminated his services. I would like the Minister to confirm whether that was procedural."
