    "content": "Initiative (BBI). Any referendum that has come through the popular initiative must be treated as urgent. We should not allow any delays in our courts of law which they are very good at. We need to do something to ensure that the timelines are very tight so that we do not end up with a lot of delays in the courts. Overall, I support the Bill. I pray that we will rise to the occasion. Making compromises does not mean that you are weak, if those compromises are for the greater good. I know people still have very strong beliefs but I never saw any beliefs stronger than what I saw in the 10th Parliament and yet, we were able to make compromises and move forward. This is one occasion where this Parliament can do the same and rise to the occasion. I support the Bill."
