    "content": "I also support this Bill because of the issue of petition. It gives clear grounds for petitions. It clearly states the procedure of petitioning, who petitions and the composition of the bench that will look at the petition. That is extremely important. Clause 15 of the Bill gives the general powers to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), so that the referendum can be managed on handling and storing of the documents, appointment of officers, administration procedures and sanctions that we need. These are important."
