I heard earlier speakers say that we may even have some shortcuts because of one thing or another. But I notice, as I have been following that even in places like Baringo, where we thought that this could not a problem, there are people who have gone to court because of the same public participation. So, you notice that if we do not follow it correctly, because it is in our Constitution, it may end up gagging us or making our process stall because we did not follow the law."
