"content": "That is intimidation and it is against the electoral laws. That must be noted. There are many other incidents we have witnessed during the time of the BBI. There is also the question of whether we should include in our discussion several questions on the referendum or one question where you answer with “Yes” or “No”. If there is a part of the Constitution that needs to be amended so that we can have multiple choices, we have opened the Constitution for amendment and so we can still open that part of the Constitution so that it allows the country to vote on a multiple choice question. There is nothing that can prevent anyone from amending this Constitution. Nothing can prevent us from amending the part of the Constitution that says we must have multiple choices. If that is not in the Constitution, we can do that amendment in this proposed referendum law. We have the power and the authority to do that amendment so that we can change and have a law that can allow for multiple choice questions."
