    "content": "The last part that I wish to talk about is Clause 11, which talks about campaigning for or against the referendum. There is a contradiction in some parts of this clause where it is stating that the committees which will be formed for or against the referendum should fund themselves. This is an election process. Every election in this country is funded by the State. Parties are funded by the State. I wonder why a referendum, which is a very fundamental part of the change of the Constitution of this country, cannot be funded; especially the campaigning part of it.
