    "content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives on its consideration of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the Republic of Kenya, a member of the East African Community of the one part and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of the other part, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, February 18, 2021, and pursuant to the provisions of section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the Republic of Kenya, a member of the East African Community of the one part and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of the other part."
