(ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary further explain why his slot was allocated to another student despite being able to raise the necessary school fees and making full payment to facilitate admission on 26th January 2021? (iii)Could the Cabinet Secretary state when the above-named student is expected to report for admission to the said college? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
