Members need to know that the House sits on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So, on Thursdays we want to see Members here. I have seen several of you sometimes binding some papers and then some of you come to me telling me, “I was forced to sign some paper thinking that I was applying for a loan”. How do you imagine that you are applying for a loan by signing a document that is presented to you by somebody else? People do not apply for loans that way. You are the one who applies for the loan."
