    "content": "The Kenya Police Reserve will, when necessary, be armed with the same type of arms and ammunitions as are issued to and used by the regular police. (c) The KPRs are volunteers and not entitled to a salary. However, they may be paid allowances while engaged on duty as they may be approved from time to time in accordance with the Police Regulations Act, as stipulated in the Police Act."
