    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to voice my support for this Bill. I want to thank those in Government who helped in coming up with this Bill. It will do away with the Act that has been in operation since 1967. This reminds us, as Members of Parliament, that there is a lot that still needs to be done for us to implement the Constitution 2010 in any manner or shape. This is just one of the examples that, 20 years later, there is still an Act of Parliament that is not in tandem with the Constitution 2010."
