    "content": "The late Hon. Wakapee, as we commonly called him, suffered for a long time from cancer. During the last Parliament, there was a time he was out of the country for close to a full year. When he came back to Kenya, he invited me to lunch and told me: „My brother, I believe that my problem is over. I have been treated by the best of the best, and so, I have no doubt that I have recovered from the scourge of cancer that has been afflicting me.‟ Little did the late Hon. Waititu know that it was still hiding somewhere and would come to bring him down."
