It will drop us as much as it would drop an ordinary Kenyan. Cancer will drop a Member of Parliament possibly even faster than an ordinary Kenyan. We are vulnerable because of the work that we do. The Committee on Health, we will continue telling you with love that you are sleeping on the job; we will say it several times. In the Division of Revenue 2015 or 2016, there was a conditional grant for doing two cancer referral hospitals. The total of that conditional grant was Kshs9.4 billion. It was removed from the conditional grants at the time. However, the only champions left for purposes of health can only be in this House, and the Committee can speak about this much more."
