I sought a Statement on 14th November, 2019 about implementation of the Lamu Port-South Sudan-Ethiopia-Transport (LAPSSET) Project to the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation. To date, the Statement has never been responded to. I do not know what the Chairperson or what the Committee is doing to give a response to this Statement."
