    "content": "I will start by concentrating on issues on Murang‟a County. We have 47 devolved units in this country. This Committee undertook the auditing process for every county in this Republic. However, the only single governor who refused to attend to the CPAIC was Hon. Mwangi wa Iria. This was a shame to the people of Murang‟a County because he could not answer audit queries concerning billions of shillings given to Murang‟a County."
