I rise to support this Statement and at the onset say that I am happy that it has been raised by none other than the Chairperson of the Committee on Health, Sen. (Dr.) Mbito. I read an article yesterday or the day before yesterday about suicides in Japan and all over the world post-COVID-19. It is actually a very serious issue that should be given priority and attention. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have an entry point to suggest. I am aware that a report and an audit on the use of COVID-19 funds has been tabled here. I have read the report, particularly on my county of Makueni. Generally, the Auditor-General has no kind words for the use of COVID-19 funds by county governments."
