The Chairperson of the Committee on Health who brought this Statement, just like it has been suggested by the Whip of the Minority side; you brought a Report, which you read and went. It is good to come up with a Motion that can discuss it. The use of COVID-19 pandemic funds is a big issue in the counties. The Motion can then be tabled; you adopt the Report and include mental health. That will do a good service to this House."
