"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I was reading a statement that I was signing on how much we are suffering because of these wild animals. As they suffer because of electrocution, we are suffering because of a lot trespass by these animals. Our animals and people are suffering. As I speak now, I do not want - I can see you are laughing - to look like I do not care about wild animals. We live daily with these animals. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is an issue that needs to be looked into. The animals are important, but the human beings are more important than those animals. When they are electrocuted or killed ---"
