"content": "(1) State the circumstances leading to the death of Ms. Jacklyn Mugure who was shot and killed at the OTC Stage in Nairobi by a bullet from a police officer attached to the Kamukunji Police Station. (2) Spell out the immediate disciplinary measures taken against the police officer responsible for the fatal shooting of Ms. Mugure. (3) Find out whether the Police Service has a register for cases of reckless handling of arms by the police and how many of such cases have been conclusively dealt with and the culprits punished. (4) Explain actions taken by the relevant authorities to ensure the family of the deceased gets justice expeditiously. (5) State the safeguards that have been put in place against such cases of reckless handling of arms by the police."
