    "content": "Further, the amendment was seeking to avoid duplication of the provisions of the TSC Act on the mandate of the TSC, specifically, on the issue of registration of teachers. The prevailing position is that the TSC requires any ECDE teacher currently to have a qualification of a diploma in Early Childhood Education before being registered.
