    "content": "As our House, we need to prioritise Bills so that we are able to make a difference and support devolution given that there is more money. There is a lot that needs to be done now in counties so that they can make a difference to the people who belong to those counties, those who really wanted the devolution, and those who passed the Constitution of Kenya 2010 overwhelmingly and have benefited immensely from that process.
