    "content": " Hon. Members, we are in the Committee of the whole House to consider three Bills. We shall be starting with the Refugees Bill (National Assembly Bill No.62 of 2019). It is a lengthy Bill. I hope we will make progress. We should be able to move fast with a balance between giving chances to Members to speak to the clauses as we make sure that we do not linger so much on particular clauses in order to make progress.
